School Photographs

The photographer will be in School on Wednesday 4th October.  Any parents who would like their pre-school child to be included in the family group should come to the hall between 8.30 and 9.00 am.

Photographs for the Home and School calendar will be taken in the afternoon of the same day.

05 October 2017
Book Fair

We will be holding a Book Fair in the hall Thursday 5th October and Friday 6th October.  Opening times are 3.00 to 4.00 pm each day.

Children are welcome to come along with you to the fair.  They will also have an opportunity to view the books during school time.

Your support would be greatly appreciated since the Book Fair is a practical way of promoting reading and directly benefits the school by providing new books for our library.

If you are unable to visit the Fair, but would like to take part, there will be a leaflet sent home with children in the near future.  Once you have selected your books simply complete and return the leaflet with the appropriate payment to your child's class teacher.

06 October 2017
Harvest Festival

Further details to follow via parentmail in due course.

12 October 2017
Parents' evening

We would like to give parents the opportunity to meet with class teachers.  This is not an opportunity to look at your child’s work but a chance to discuss any issues relating to how well the children have settled into their new class.

Parents of Y6 children are invited to involve their son/daughter in the consultation meeting if they feel this would be beneficial.  As always we are keen to involve pupils in their own learning and feel this would be helpful in preparing them for secondary transfer.

Details on times and how to book your appointment will be forwarded via parentmail in due course.
