Non Uniform Day

On Friday 29th June, the PTFA are holding a non-uniform day to collect donations and raise funds for the Summer Fete.

This year we are once again holding a bottle stall as it proved very popular so, to help us prepare, please could you donate a bottle!  These bottles can contain anything from shampoo to tomato sauce to alcohol.  All we ask is that the bottles are unopened and in date.

If you could leave your donation with a PTFA member at the rear gate of the school at morning drop off, that would be much appreciated.  Alternative, you can donate £1 via the class teacher.

This non-uniform day is on a purely voluntary basis.

Thurlby Summer Fete

This year it is on Saturday June 30th from 1 till 3pm at Lawrance Park and our theme is 'Best of British'.

There will be lots of games, stalls, bouncy castles, land train, face painting, BBQ, Pimms Tent, afternoon tea style refreshments, car boot sale and much more. For those of you with little ones, the Bourne Fire Brigade will also be attending with their fire engine!

Though the fete itself starts at 1pm, the BBQ, Pimms Tent and ice creams will be available from 12.30 ready for the 12.39 flypast by the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight Spitfire! So come down and grab some lunch and watch this fantastic spectacle.

For those interested in the car boot sale, there has been a time change. Set up is now available from 12 noon and pitches are £5. The car boot will also commence at 12.30.

If anyone is available to help on the day, please could you contact us either via our Facebook messenger or by text to Katie Edgar on 07857 219177.

We hope to see many of you at this fun event where all the monies raised will go directly back to the school to benefit our children.
